01 Definitions

03 Account Registration & Obligations

To access real-money gaming services on cylbet8, Players must register a single, verified account. The following obligations apply:

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the cylbet8 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the cylbet8 platform — including but not limited to the cylbet8 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game assets, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of cylbet8 or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cylbet8 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use of cylbet8 intellectual property without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cylbet8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or service interruptions beyond cylbet8's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the cylbet8 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their cylbet8 Login credentials.

cylbet8's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to their cylbet8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim giving rise to liability.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

cylbet8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a cylbet8 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cylbet8 does not sell personal data to third parties and implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect Player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

cylbet8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons (i.e., where no breach has occurred), cylbet8 will return any confirmed real-money balance to the Player via the original deposit method, after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations or amounts subject to investigation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

cylbet8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their cylbet8 account and/or through a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the cylbet8 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the amended terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
